Uniquely positioned in a gated community at the eastern tip of Sunset Beach Island; the property extends from the ocean to the sound which connects with the inter-coastal waterway.
The house sleeps 19 and has stunning views of the ocean or the bay from every room. An elevator services all floors. There are 6 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a powder room on each level. All but one room has a deck directly off the bedroom to enjoy the spectacular natural beauty that abounds in this location.
The kitchen has 2 full size refrigerators , two dishwashers, an ice maker as well as a 36-inch stove to make meal preparation and clean up as easy as possible.
The downstairs living room spills out to a large covered deck overlooking a truly beautiful hot tub and pool. The upstairs media room has a large TV, X- box , comfortable seating as well as open up to a large deck with an outdoor pool table.

The town of Sunset Beach is a family-oriented town with expansive soft sand beaches. There is a marina with a boat slip with electric hookups that you can use. Several of the best golf courses in the area are less than 5 miles away.
